Christchurch Mansion is a 16th century Manor house set in a historic 100 acre park close to the centre of Ipswich.
In 1896 it opened as a free museum.
The rooms are furnished in various period styles from Tudor to Victorian.
Christchurch Mansion today is home to an art gallery dedicated to the work of Suffolk artists.
Amongst the many works can be found the most significant collection of paintings by both Constable and Gainsborough outside of London.
